First Post!

The first blog.  It took a while to get all of this going.  This year the bees have been lucky as the weather has been cool and wet.  This has kept the number of swarms down.  However I expect this to change soon.

I have picked up several swarms lately.  As always the owners have been great to work with and interested in the process.  I'm looking forward to a great summer, my first batch of queens for the season will soon be hatching.  Thanks to all who called in.
